2. Information Collection and Storage
A. Local Data Storage
Social Link Vault: Link Saver is designed with a privacy-first approach. All bookmarks, web links, category names, tags, custom notes, and app settings created by you are stored locally on your device's internal database. We do not host, store, or transmit your saved links to any external servers operated by us.
B. AI Metadata Extraction
When you add a link to the App, the App may automatically fetch public metadata (such as page title, description, and thumbnail image) directly from the URL provided. This processing happens either directly on your device or via standard HTTP requests to the target public webpage. We do not store or track your link history on private servers.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertising
To support app maintenance and provide free access to features, our App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device.
A. Google AdMob (Advertising)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, location data, and app usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements in compliance with Google's Advertising Policies.

B. Google Play In-App Purchases (IAP)
If you choose to purchase an optional Pro Upgrade or support tip, all financial transactions are processed securely directly by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card, debit card, or payment details.
C. Analytics & Crash Reporting
We may use standard analytics or crash recording tools (such as Google Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics) to collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic data (e.g., app crash logs, device model, operating system version). This information is solely used to troubleshoot technical errors and improve app stability.
4. Data Security
Because your saved links and database are stored locally on your physical device, the security of your data largely depends on your device's security measures (e.g., screen locks, biometrics). If you enable the App Lock feature within Social Link Vault, authentication is handled locally by your operating system's security APIs.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all personal data (links, categories, notes) is saved locally on your device, you have complete control over your data:
- You can edit or delete individual links and categories at any time inside the App.
- You can clear all app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all saved data from your device.

Social Link Vault: Link Saver does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
